Whether it's through the recipes you fuel your body with or the workouts you do every day, I want you to feel confident in building a daily routine that feels right for YOU. Let's get started, together!
I had onion rings in Nashville for the first time in FOREVER (I’m a side of fries girl, always) but forgot how much I LOVED them. So, here is a healthier version paired with a SUPER easy yummy 3 ingredient tahini yogurt ranch!! And the best part is NO DEEP FRYING – a guilt-free option for you and a much easier cleanup!
The recipe:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Peel and slice your onions into even sized rings to help them all cook evenly in the oven.
In a bowl, mix together your panko, flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, crack your two eggs and beat.
Dip each ring in your egg then your panko mixture and set on the pan.
Coat your baking pan with olive oil to prevent sticking and allow those onion rings to really crisp up!
Place in the oven and bake at 375 for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through at 10 minutes.
While your onion rings bake, make your tahini dipping sauce! Mix together your tahini, greek yogurt, water, and ranch seasoning to taste.
Once your onion rings are done, pull them out of the oven, and enjoy!! xx
