The recipe:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the cauliflower for about 10 minutes or until fork tender.
In a frying pan, sauté the onion, kale, and broccoli in olive oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until crispy and the broccoli is tender.’
Meanwhile, cook your pasta according to the package instructions.
In a blender, combine the boiled cauliflower, olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, garlic salt, and milk. Blend until creamy and smooth.
Combine the pasta, sautéed veggies, and creamy sauce. Top with extra parmesan and fresh basil if desired. Enjoy!! xx
