I made this recipe last year with fruit flavored yogurt and topped it with tons of fresh fruit and you guys LOVED it! I was craving something crunchy and chocolatey yesterday and decided to put a little twist on this recipe!
Here is what you will need:
1 cup of plain/vanilla greek yogurt
1/3 cup of almond butter
1/4 cup granola
1/4 choc chips
1 tsp honey
Handful of your favorite fruit (I used raspberries and cherries for mine!)
Here is what you need to do:
Mix yogurt and almond butter in a bowl and spread out in a thin layer on a cookie sheet, lined with aluminum foil. Take 1/8 cup of chocolate chips and put in a microwavable cup with with about 1/2 tsp coconut oil. Heat for about 25-30 seconds or until completely melted. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and top with remaining chocolate chips and crushed granola. Then place in the freezer for about 1 hour! After your yogurt bark has hardened, take it out of the freezer and drizzle honey and add your favorite fruit! This is SO GOOD you guys are going to be obsessed! Perfect balance with the sweet chocolate, tangy fruit and crunchy granola in every bite!
