Chicken Teriyaki & Brown Rice Bowls
A quick, easy, and satisfying weeknight meal packed with flavor and veggies!

Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil and cook chicken pieces until browned and cooked through. Add teriyaki sauce to coat the chicken, and cook for another minute or two.
In another pan, drizzle some olive oil and sesame oil, sauté garlic and chopped red onion until fragrant.
Add sliced carrots and broccoli to the pan and cook until fork tender.
Mix sriracha and mayo together to make a spicy mayo sauce.
Assemble bowls by adding brown rice, cooked chicken, and sautéed veggies. Drizzle spicy mayo on top.
Garnish with chopped green onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy!! xx
