probably the EASIEST side dish I’ve ever made! and just so so good. this cauliflower cheesy bake is giving me cheese fries vibes and I’m all for it🧀

The recipe:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Prep the cauliflower by cutting into smaller even pieces. Prep the green onion by slicing into approximately 1/2-1/4 inch pieces (depending on preference) removing the whites. The green onion will be used for garnish, so once prepped, set aside.

Add your prepped cauliflower to a skillet or baking dish of choice and season with Lawrys, olive oil, garlic powder, and pepper.

Bake your cauliflower at 400 degrees for around 30 minutes. (i did 34 min)

Remove from oven then add your cheese and place back in oven for a few minutes until melted.

Garnish with green onion and top with the dollop of sour cream.

Enjoy!
