Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
These crispy, flavorful buffalo cauliflower bites are the perfect healthier alternative to wings, with a spicy kick and creamy dip to balance it out!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut up the cauliflower into small florets.
Then dip in the egg wash and then roll in the panko breadcrumbs (make sure the entire piece of cauliflower is covered).
Put in the air fryer and cook for 7-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Once the cauliflower bites are browned and nice and crispy, take them out of the air fryer and add to a bowl with the buffalo sauce and toss until each bit is well coated! You can then dip them in ranch or blue cheese dressing!
