Zucchini Balls

Another fun vegetarian meal to try!

Here’s what you need:

2 zucchinis

1 egg

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion salt

Pepper to taste

3 tbsp mozzarella

3 tbsp grated parm

1/3 cup flour

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Here’s how you make it:

Shred the zucchini in a bowl and drain the excess water. Then add in the remaining ingredients and mix until fully combined.

Make 1 inch round balls and place onto a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the outsides look nice and golden brown!

I dusted some more parmesan cheese on top and and dipped mine in both marinara and ranch! I know they might look weird, but trust me, they taste phenomenal!
