Zucchini Balls

A fun and tasty vegetarian meal that’s perfect for lunch or dinner! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. They might look a little unusual, but trust me-they taste phenomenal!

Servings 15 –18 zucchini balls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for topping
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Shred the zucchinis into a bowl and drain the excess moisture thoroughly.
  • Add the egg, garlic powder, onion salt, pepper, mozzarella, Parmesan, flour, and breadcrumbs. Mix everything until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch round balls and place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425°F for 30–35 minutes, or until the zucchini balls are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  • For an extra touch, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top right after baking. Serve with your favorite dips like marinara sauce and ranch. Enjoy!! xx
