Here’s what you need:
6 oz feta
1/3 cup plan Greek yogurt
1 cup white beans
1 garlic clove
Tiny bit of onion powder
Sea salt to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil (1 to go in, 1 to top)
2 tablespoons diced chives
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Pita (cut into chips)
Rosemary
Sea salt
Olive oil
Here’s how you make it:
Blend feta, greek yogurt, white beans, garlic, onion powder, salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy
Scoop out the dip and put in a bowl. Top with remaining olive oil, chives and red pepper flakes
For the pita chips: cut up the pita into chips and drizzle with olive oil sea salt and rosemary. Bake for ~5 minutes at 400 degrees!
