Toasted Open Sandwich with Cauliflower Bread

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toast cauliflower thins on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes, until slightly crispy.
Remove from oven and top each with shredded parmesan and sliced turkey.
Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
Top with avocado slices, shredded lettuce, a drizzle of mustard, and a sprinkle of EBTB seasoning. Enjoy!! xx
