I mean… this is hands down one of my favorite meals. You HAVE TO MAKE THESE!!!
What You’ll Need:
Serves 2
6 large pieces of butter lettuce or romaine pieces
1/2 package ground turkey
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 avocado
Optional Sriracha
1/2 onion, diced
1 zucchini, diced
Spices to taste:
Pepper, garlic salt, cumin, chili powder
(you can actually add mushrooms, peppers, and any other veggie yall like in here)
What To Do:
First, dice the veggies up. Put the ground turkey, zucchini, and onions in a saute pan with a little bit of olive oil. Spice it up with a little bit of each spice listed above!
Wash the lettuce pieces, and set them out like cups!
Fill the lettuce cups with the ground turkey mix.
Top with cheese. Let it melt a lilllll mmm..
Then top with avocado, sour cream, Sriracha.
