Simple Taco Salad

Here’s what you need:
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 red onion, diced
3-4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup black beans
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup shredded cheese blend 
 
Dressing: mixed hot sauce with ranch olive oil, chipotle aioli, and garlic powder
 
Here’s how you make it:
Cut up all of your veggies
 
In a frying pan, cook 1lb ground beef for 10 minutes or until cooked through and then add taco seasoning. 
 
In a large bowl add in all of your veggies, ground beef,  avocado, cheese and toss until well mixed!
