Handful of Blueberries

~5 Blackberries

1/4 cup Strawberries

1-2 scoops Almond Butter

1/2 cup Almond Milk

Handful of Spinach

Optional Scoop of Greek Yogurt: I love this in my smoothies, but if you’re dairy free it’s still great without it!


Great for after a workout, or when you wake up! Great natural sugars and protein.
