This recipe is SO versatile! You can use this sauce and make a simple cucumber salad (like I did), or can use it as a marinade for chicken or beef, or you could even just use it as a dipping sauce or salad dressing!
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix/whisk until evenly combined:
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1.5 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
