Maple Apple Fall Salad
Crisp apples, fresh greens, and a sweet maple vinaigrette come together in this refreshing salad. It’s the perfect side dish or light lunch to brighten up your day!!

To make your dressing, combine dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth then set aside.
Prep your salad by removing the stems from your kale and finely chopping, dicing your apples and cheddar, and shaving your brussels sprouts.
Massage the kale in the bowl with about 1/2 tablespoon olive oil to tenderize.
In a large bowl combine your salad ingredients of kale, apples, brussels sprouts, cheddar, grated parmesan & toasted pecans. Add your dressing to the mix and toss! Enjoy!! xx
