I love smoothies for a little fruity midday pick-me-up that also has vitamin C + skin benefits, and this one is so good and simple to make! The crazy thing is that I found when I turn my smoothies into bowls, it takes longer for me to consume – which means even more time to enjoy!
*Note: if you want to make this more of a smoothie consistency rather than a bowl, feel free to add more either almond milk or water!!*
2/3 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
a splash of almond milk or water
1 scoop vanilla or unflavored collagen powder
To top: 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup sliced almonds or granola
The recipe:
Add your mangoes, raspberries, greek yogurt, protein powder, and a splash of either almond milk or water into a blender. Blend till a thick, smooth consistency, and add to a bowl!
Top with chia seeds and almonds/granola, and enjoy!! xx
