Mango Raspberry Skin Smoothie Bowl

I love smoothies for a little fruity midday pick-me-up that also has vitamin C + skin benefits, and this one is so good and simple to make! The crazy thing is that I found when I turn my smoothies into bowls, it takes longer for me to consume - which means even more time to enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds to top
  • 1/4 cup almonds, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Add your mangoes, raspberries, greek yogurt, protein powder, and a splash of either almond milk or water into a blender. Blend till a thick, smooth consistency, and add to a bowl!
  • Top with chia seeds and almonds/granola, and enjoy!! xx

Notes

*Note: if you want to make this more of a smoothie consistency rather than a bowl, feel free to add more either almond milk or water!!*
