High Protein Yogurt Parfait
This easy, no-cook breakfast is packed with protein, healthy fats, and natural sweetness – a great way to fuel your morning or keep you satisfied between workouts. Meal prep–friendly, nutrient-dense, and so delicious!

Spoon 1 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a jar or container.
Add banana slices and chopped date.
Drizzle almond butter on top.
Finish with granola – either now or just before eating to keep it crunchy.
Seal and refrigerate. Best enjoyed within 4 days!
