High Protein Yogurt Parfait

This easy, no-cook breakfast is packed with protein, healthy fats, and natural sweetness - a great way to fuel your morning or keep you satisfied between workouts. Meal prep–friendly, nutrient-dense, and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

Ingredients (per jar)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • ½ banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 Medjool date chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons granola

Instructions
 

  • Spoon 1 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a jar or container.
  • Add banana slices and chopped date.
  • Drizzle almond butter on top.
  • Finish with granola - either now or just before eating to keep it crunchy.
  • Seal and refrigerate. Best enjoyed within 4 days!
