Healthified Homemade Chocolate Milkshake

Healthified Homemade Chocolate Milkshake

Indulge in the goodness of a homemade chocolate milkshake, sweetened with the natural sweetness of dates and maple syrup for a healthier twist. I promise the dash of pumpkin spice really levels up the flavor!!

NOTE: I used a Ninja Creami to make this + requires freezing for at least 12 hours!

SERVING SIZE: 2

3 cups milk

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup maple syrup

4 dates, pitted

1/2 tablespoon pumpkin spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The recipe:

Add your milk, cocoa powder, greek yogurt, maple syrup, maple syrup, dates, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract to your container then stir till combined. Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.

Secure the lid back on the container and place it in the freezer for at least 12 hours or overnight.

After freezing, remove the container from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Blend the partially thawed mixture using the Ninja Creami until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.

Optionally, top with mini chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.

Enjoy!! xx
