Boil the potatoes for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are fork tender.
While the potatoes are boiling, it’s time to make the money sauce! Mix the remaining ingredients together until well combined! Feel free to add more salt and pepper or some red pepper flakes too if you like a little heat!
Then, once the potatoes are nice and soft, spread the them out on a baking sheet (make sure to add a little bit of oil to the bottom of your baking sheet so the potatoes don’t stick)!! Then, take a cup with a flat bottom, and smash all of the potatoes so they are nice and flat.
Add one scoop of your lemon, garlic & parmesan sauce on top, and pop them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until they are nice and crispy!!
