Crispy Kale Caesar

Here’s what you need:
3 cups of washed, shredded kale with stems removed
1/4 cup caesar dressing
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup breadcrumbs 
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
 
Here’s how you make it:
I like to doctor my caesar dressing…. SO i start with Marie’s Caesar dressing and add some garlic, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and olive oil and mix it all together!
 
Then massage kale in a little oil so it softens up a bit. 

In a small frying pan, add breadcrumbs, 1 clove of crushed garlic and a little bit of sea salt and cook until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes) and make sure to stir often so they don’t burn! The toasted breadcrumbs elevates this salad to the next level!!! 
 
Toss in dressing, toasted bread crumbs and parmesan cheese with the kale and evenly mix! SO GOOD!
