2 cups diced chicken
3 cups diced mushrooms
2.5 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 cups pasta
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
1 cup cheese (parm and Mozzarella combination)
1/3 cup cheese to top
1.5 tablespoons flour
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Dice your chicken and mushrooms to add to the casserole dish.
Add your chicken to the casserole dish with your Greek yogurt, then stir till coated evenly.
Layer your mushrooms, pasta, Cream of Mushroom Soup on top. Combine till mixed throughout.
Add your water into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with flour and cheese. Top with cheese and garnish with parsley if you’d like.
Bake at 40 degrees for 25 minutes.
