Cinnamon Crunch Baked Apples
There is nothing better than a slice of warm apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, right??? It's so delicious and so comforting and just screams FALL! If you're like me, you basically want to eat the entire pie as soon as it comes out of the oven! I mean, I've done that before, but trust me, you will be hurting haha. So I tried out this new recipe, and you honestly could eat the entire thing if you really wanted to! CINNAMON CRUNCH BAKED APPLES!

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with coconut oil, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, lemon juice, and maple syrup.
Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle granola or chopped nuts evenly on top. Add a little extra cinnamon if you’re like me and love that spice!
Bake for about 15 minutes, until the apples are soft and you see the edges bubbling.
Let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla Greek yogurt—or go classic with frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream. Cozy, comforting, and seriously delicious!
