Chicken Pot Pie Pasta Skillet

I love how the skillets are so cute and mini and personalized! This meal is so good and comforting and it is the best cold weather meal!

Here’s what you need:

1 packet of chicken tenders

4 carrots

1/2 onion

1 potato

1 can of peas

2 tbsp butter

1 clove of crushed garlic

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp vegeta

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups chicken broth

1/4 cup of cream

1 tbsp flour

1 bag of pasta

Handful of chopped parsley


Here’s how you make it:

First I boiled the chicken and while it was boiling I diced carrots, onions, potatoes and peas and sautéed them in butter and garlic

Then I added seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and vegeta)

Then add in the boiled and shredded chicken

Add chicken broth, cream and flour

Add uncooked pasta and parsley

Bake for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees and then stir. Then put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes (so 40 minutes total)!
