CHEESY BUFFALO CHICKEN LOADED FRIES!! Or nacho fries combining my 2 loves of cheese fries + buffalo chicken into one plus, they’re healthified of course!! and use just one pan.. these are great for any occasion- especially a game day app or get together!! Save to try this weekend
The recipe:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Peel one large potato then slice into fries. Soak your “fries” in a bowl of ice cold salt water for 15 to remove starchiness.
Pat dry with a towel to remove excess liquid then lay out on a baking sheet! Season with garlic powder, Lawry’s, and old bay seasoning.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Make sure to flip your fries so all sides get nice and crispy!
Remove from the oven because it’s time to top them with all your other ingredients!
In a bowl, toss your shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
Layer your buffalo chicken on top of your fries with cheese then broil so the cheese gets nice and crispy. Broil for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese gets nice and crispy and goey.
Drizzle with ranch and diced green onions. Enjoy!! xx
