BBQ Chicken Wrap

Here’s what you need (makes 2 wraps):

2 wraps or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded chicken breast

1/3 cup bbq sauce

1/3 cup shredded cheese

1 tomato, diced

1/2 avocado

1/3 cup of diced red onion

1/4 cup of diced green onions

1/2 cup of shredded lettuce

1/4 cup ranch dressing

(All ingredients evenly divided throughout 2 wraps)!!

Here’s how you make it:

First, bring a large pot of water to boil and add in your chicken breast and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes.

While your chicken is cooking, chop up all of your veggies.

When the chicken is cooked and has cooled down a bit, you can shred it easily with your hands! Or you can use two forks to pull it apart into shreds. Mix shredded chicken with bbq sauce.

Take your tortilla and add shredded cheese (I microwaved mine for about 10 seconds to melt the cheese a little), then top with bbq chicken, red onion, avocado, tomato, green onion and lettuce. I like to top mine with a light drizzle of ranch and then roll it on up!
