Air Fryer Zucchini Chips

Here’s what you need:

2 medium zucchinis

2 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning for zucchini chips: salt, pepper, garlic powder, sprinkle of panko breadcrumbs (for an extra crunch)

Sauce ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil, handful of chives, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, dash of onion salt, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1/4 avocado

Here’s how you make it:

Cut up zucchinis into thin slices

Add olive oil and seasoning and toss it all together to ensure that each slice of zucchini is coated

Pop in your air fryer at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy!

While the zucchini chips are cooking, it’s time to make the sauce…

Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and mix until creamy

When the zucchini chips are done, top with chopped chives and some more parmesan cheese! ENJOY!
