1 cup broccoli
1 cup marinated tofu
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup cooked white rice (best if refrigerated overnight and frozen rice works too)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings: garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder
First, cook your rice according to the package.
Next, cut up your onions, cabbage, and broccoli. Then, cube your tofu.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan. Add your broccoli first since it’ll take the longest to cook.
Cook the veggies on medium heat for about 4-7 minutes or until the onions become nice and carmelized! Remember to add in your seasonings!
Add in your tofu, then add white rice and mix until everything is evenly combined!
Then add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder onion powder and mix it all together, until well combined (side note: butter is incredible in this, totally optional, but I highly suggest it)!
Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!!
