1 carton or 16 oz of mushrooms with stem taken out
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
6-8 bacon pieces (cooked)
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Prep your mushrooms by cleaning and coring so you’re left with just the caps. I personally laid them all out to make filling them just a little bit easier and more efficient!
Crumble your bacon so it’s easier to work with when you mix!
In a bowl, mix your cream cheese, breadcrumbs and pre-cooked bacon crumbles.
Go ahead and add the mixture to your mushroom caps and place in the oven. Bake until the mushrooms are soft and the tops are golden, about 15-20 minutes.
