I made these for some of my friends a few weeks ago and they were a HUGE HIT!

First, cook sweet potato fries in an air fryer. While they are cooking, take ground turkey and brown in a pan with taco seasoning. In another pan, sauté whatever veggies you have in the fridge! I had a zucchini that I wanted to use up, so I just chopped it up and sautéed with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper.

When the fries are done, spread them out on a cookie sheet and top with shredded cheese, ground turkey and sautéed zucchini. Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until cheese has melted!

I topped mine with: green onion, avocado, sour cream/greek yogurt, buffalo ranch!

Feel free to top yours with whatever toppings you’d like! If you like hot sauce, definitely load them up with it! Will be delicious! Hope you enjoy these just as much as my friends and I did! 🙂
