In honor of St. Patty’s day, here’s a GREEN smoothie that will have you either A) feeling good about yourself before you party for the holiday or B) help you feel better after you partied for the holiday as it’s a great detox drink… I gotchu girl.
1/2 cup pineapple
Handful of spinach
Handful of kale
Few pieces of parsley (great vitamin C if your immune system is low, or if you’re afraid of getting sick)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup coconut water
Blend. ENJOY!
