Pumpkin Spiced Iced Coffee Protein Shake

This 3-ingredient shake is the perfect way to get your caffeine and protein in the mornings! It’s so delicious and takes less than 5 minutes to whip up when you freeze the coffee cubes beforehand!

SERVING SIZE: 1

9-10 coffee ice cubes

1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Creamer, (I used Califia Farms dairy-free creamer but feel free to use whichever you prefer!)

1 tablespoon protein powder

Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon, to top

The recipe:

Freeze your coffee in ice cube trays beforehand.

Add your cubes to the blender with your Pumpkin Spice Creamer and protein powder. Blend till smooth, then top with cinnamon or pumpkin spice!
