One of my favorite smoothies in the morning for breakfast!! Super simple and tasty:

2 Scoops non-fat greek yogurt

1/2 Cup frozen rasperries

1 Teaspoon honey

1/2 cup Almond milk

1 Teaspoon Chia seeds (great for energy to start your day)

Optional ice
