The perfect sweet treat that’s actually packed with PROTEIN & great ingredients using @ratiofood keto coconut almond granola blended as the “crust” + key lime protein dairy snack! This combo is sooo delicious!!
NOTE: You will also need a mini muffin tin and muffin cups! FYI this recipe won’t work as well with large muffin cups, as the yogurt freezes perfectly with the mini cups! Linking everything you need HERE!!
The recipe:
In a blender, pulse the granola until finely ground to create a crust-like texture.
Transfer the blended granola to a bowl and mix in 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil until well combined.
Line a mini muffin tin with cupcake liners for easy removal. Spoon an even amount of the granola mixture into each cupcake liner. Press down firmly to create a compact, even layer using your fingers or a spoon, or whatever you have handy!
In another bowl, combine the Key Lime Pie Protein Yogurt with 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil. This helps to solidify the yogurt when chilled!
Scoop an even amount of the yogurt mixture over the granola crust.
Sprinkle a little extra granola on top of each yogurt-filled cup for added texture and garnish!
Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 30-40 minutes to allow the bites to set.
Once set, remove the mini yogurt bites from the muffin tin. Peel off the cupcake liners gently. Feel free to enjoy the Mini Key Lime Pie Yogurt Bites straight from the freezer! xx

1.5cups :ratio coconut almond keto-friendly granola,or granola of choice
2tablespoonscoconut oil, in blended granola
2tablespoons coconut oil, in yogurt mix
