Healthy Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookies
The yummiest healthy chocolate chip cookies!!! 🍪 Plus, so easy to make with minimal ingredients! These healthy oatmeal cookies are packed with fiber from oats and bananas, helping to support digestion and provide sustained energy. The almond butter adds healthy fats, while dark chocolate chips offer antioxidants for a sweet, nutrient-rich treat.

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil or butter.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add the egg, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well.
Gradually add the blended oats to the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate the dough for about 10-15 minutes to firm up.
Scoop the dough into even portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for exactly 12 minutes or until golden brown (you don’t want these overcooked they won’t be as good!).
Let the cookies cool for a few minutes& enjoy!! xx

Here’s the exact recipe: 1 1/2 cup oats blended 2 ripe bananas (smashed) 1 egg 1/4 cup almond butter or nut butter of choice 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 cup chocolate chips Pinch of salt A couple small drops of vanilla extract Grease cookie sheet with coconut oil or butter Place dough in fridge for at least 15 minutes so the oats soak and dough becomes a little more dense  Bake at 350 Bake for exactly 12 min (you don’t want these overcooked they won’t be as good!) Makes 10 cookies!!!!
