Creamy Avocado Deviled Eggs
A healthier twist on the classic game day snack! These deviled eggs are made with avocado and Greek yogurt for a creamy, protein-packed bite that’s perfect for entertaining or meal prep.

Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes. Then, transfer to an ice bath to cool.
Once cool, peel the eggs and slice each one in half lengthwise.
Gently scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Add avocado, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mash and mix until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the filling back into the hollowed egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Enjoy!! xx
