I love a good breakfast scramble! This one is super easy.
First I sautéed 4-5 sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup corn, a handful of diced tomatoes, and 1 green onion and 1 chopped turkey sausage in a pan with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Once everything is cooked after about 5 minutes I added 2 eggs and scrambled everything together! Topped mine with Everything But The Bagel seasoning, and avocado! SO GOOD!
