Antipasto Skewers

Makes 10 skewers:

1 cup quartered artichoke hearts

10 slices of salami

10 mini mozzarella balls

10 cherry tomatoes

10 olives (without the pits)

Optional toppings: pesto or balsamic glaze (I’m using a fig balsamic, SO good!)

The recipe:

This one comes together very quickly! Add 1 of each ingredient to a small skewer (I’m using these cute bamboo skewers that are about 3 inches long) and then top with either pesto or a balsamic glaze! A perfect, easy, and healthy appetizer idea!
