4 Greens Microchop Salad
the key to loving raw veggies: the MICROCHOP 🔪 here’s a super simple salad I love to make when I’m needing multiple veggies at once!! after a weekend out and about, or traveling, I crave greens, yet still want something yummy, easy and filling💚

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, olive oil, grainy mustard, and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice).
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
Finely chop all your veggies – the smaller the better!
In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale, Brussels sprouts, diced broccoli, and green onion.
Add the shredded cheese and mix well. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
