The perfect summer recipe, for a night in or a get together!! And believe it or not, these burgers are fully vegetarian, as they’re made with @beyondmeat! If you didn’t know, Beyond Meat fully changed their recipe to cleaner ingredients (avocado oil > seed oil!)
If you want to make this recipe vegan, swap the the mayo for vegan mayo, leave off the cheese, and use avocado oil to toast the buns!

Prepare your ingredients: slice the cheese if it’s not pre-sliced, and also slice the tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions in a little avocado oil until they are caramelized or translucent. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Shape the Beyond Burger beef into evenly-sized patties, seasoning with your Lawry’s. Using the same skillet over medium heat (or a different skillet works great too if you’re tight on time) and a drizzle of avocado oil to prevent sticking, sear the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
Season the patties as they cook in the skillet on the side you didn’t get to while prepping.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
When the patties are almost done (about 1 minute left), place cheese slices on top of each patty and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.
For extra crispness, toast your buns on the cooktop with a little butter. If space is limited, toasting in the oven works well too.
Now it’s time to assemble your sliders! Spread the prepared sauce on the toasted buns, then add the patties with melted cheese. Top with tomato, avocado, caramelized onions, and more sauce if desired.
Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy! xx
