The recipe:

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, pesto, olive oil, and minced garlic.

Mix until well combined and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed (add more pesto, salt, or pepper if desired).

Transfer the pesto butter to a serving dish or jar.

Drizzle a little extra pesto mixed with olive oil on top, and finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt for a burst of flavor and texture! Enjoy!! xx
