PLUS – This homemade version is a healthier twist thanks to high-protein Greek yogurt ranch, lean ground chicken, and air-fried sweet potato fries—no deep frying, no mystery ingredients!
The recipe:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
On a separate plate, mix together your breading: breadcrumbs + grated Parmesan.
Shape the chicken mixture into nugget-sized pieces, then lightly coat each one in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
Place nuggets on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes (I like 30 minutes for that crispy finish). Sprinkle with salt when done.
While the nuggets bake, prep your fries! Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into fry shapes.
Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, chili powder, and Lawry’s seasoning.
Air fry at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through to get all sides crispy.
For the ranch, just mix Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and salt in a small bowl. That’s it—it’s THAT easy.
Plate it all up with your ranch and a side of buffalo sauce if you’re feelin’ spicy 🔥
