High Protein Flourless Banana Chocolate Muffins

No flour is needed for this recipe - so these are amazing if you're gluten-free or dairy-free!! These are the perfect breakfast or snack options if you're looking for something sweet!

  • 1 Muffin Tin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 extra ripe large banana
  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Take your extra ripe banana, and mash it with a fork till not chunky anymore. Combine your ingredients and mix till smooth.
  • Use either muffin liners or baking spray or butter to ensure that your muffins don't stick.
  • Bake your muffins at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle extra cinnamon powder on top! Enjoy!!
