Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
I don't know about you guys but I love eating brussel sprouts at restaurants but hate making them at home. That was until I tried them in an air fryer! Truly life changing.

Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim off the stems, and slice each sprout into quarters. Some leaves will fall off—these will get extra crispy in the air fryer.
In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper until well coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle the sprouts with Parmesan cheese, then return them to the air fryer for 1 more minute, just until the cheese is melty and lightly browned.
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!! xx
