Ingredients

For the Chia Pudding

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

For the "Cobbler"

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, (I used small frozen, easier!)
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, or nuts of choice
  • 1 dollop Greek yogurt, to top

Instructions

  • Prep your chia seed pudding (typically overnight is best!) by mixing your chia seed, almond milk, and maple syrup till there are no clumps!
  • Then, place it in your fridge to set.
  • To make the cobbler portion, in a small pan on medium heat, heat your oats, blueberries, maple syrup, coconut brown sugar, and slivered almonds.
  • Top with a dollop of greek yogurt and it's good to go! Enjoy! xx
