Best Homemade Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and form 1 inch balls. 
  • Cook the meatballs on medium heat with some olive oil for about 8-12 minutes, flipping every 2-3 minutes, so that each meatball is evenly cooked.  
  • Ground turkey cooks really fast so you definitely want to cook it all the way through but don't want to dry it out! I always like to cut one meatball open just to be sure it is fully cooked!
  • You could add this to pasta, salad or any bowl that you are making! It's the perfect protein addition to any meal!
