I had a lot of fun creating this Wild Berry Protein Smoothie with holistic nutritionist and cleanse expert Elissa Goodman! This smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and packed with plant-based protein. It's the perfect quick breakfast or post-workout boost!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Sacha Inchi protein powder
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, silken tofu, and frozen berries.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add maple syrup or agave, if desired. Blend again briefly to mix.
