This Tropical Gut-Healthy Smoothie has digestion-friendly ingredients like pineapple, chia seeds and coconut water. It’s a light and refreshing way to support your gut health with a sunny, tropical twist!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • fresh ginger optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the banana, freshly cut pineapple, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, coconut water, chia seeds and fresh ginger (if using).
  • Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Add more coconut water if you want a thinner consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
