Healthy Pumpkin Flourless Brownies
These oooey, goooey Healthy Pumpkin Flourless Brownies are your new favorite treat! They're so good you wouldn't even know they're healthy!
Total Time 55 minutes mins
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, egg, melted butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and nut butter until smooth. Stir in the baking soda, salt, and cacao powder until fully combined and no dry spots remain.
Fold in chocolate chips and mix gently to distribute evenly through the batter.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle a handful of extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 35 minutes. NOTE: because these brownies are flourless, they won't set like regular brownies, but the gooey center is the best!
Let brownies cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before slicing. For aesthetic, I love to sprinkle a tiny bit of powdered sugar on top. ENJOY!! These would taste SO good with vanilla ice cream!
